Endurance

My first foray into thesis, Endurance explores survival, adaptation, and the various ways we learn to flourish.

In my first collection, I explore various interpretations of what it means to endure. Often paired with negative connotation, many associate endurance with suffering.

Enduring pressure results in sweat, tears, muscle, tearing, growth, healing, honesty. What do you feel when you feel pain?

but to experience stress is not always to suffer.  Endurance requires time: an extended period of exposure to pressure.

In my first thesis project, I learned the power of process. Alongside my final works, I submitted evidence of the methods, drafts, and failures that brought me this collection.
